Essential Utilities acquires Ulster Municipal Authority water system for $450,000
Aqua Pennsylvania, a subsidiary of Essential Utilities, has finalized the purchase of the water system assets in Bradford County. The company says the system serves about 180 customers and it plans about $2 million of investment over five years.
