Esentia agrees to acquire EOM to expand access to Manzanillo port
Company said it entered an agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests of Energía Occidente de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (EOM), covering the Guadalajara–Manzanillo natural gas pipeline system linking to the port of Manzanillo.
