Erste Group to launch tender offer for up to 26% more of Erste Bank Polska
The bank intends to buy between about 1% and 26% of Erste Bank Polska, lifting its stake above 50% but not beyond 75%. The offer price is expected to be about 713 zlotys a share, subject to PFSA approval and other conditions.
