Pantera Minerals says Energyx has signed a binding 10-year lithium offtake agreement with Trafigura.
Trafigura will purchase 100,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium products from EnergyX over 10 years under a binding, definitive agreement valued at more than $2 billion.
EnergyX says it signed a 10-year binding offtake to supply lithium from Chile and the US to Trafigura. The deal is tied to direct lithium extraction technology.
