Energy Vault buys 2.3+ GW BESS portfolio; 350 MW RTB
Energy Vault acquired a 2.3+ GW U.S. BESS development portfolio from Goshe, including 150 MW and 200 MW ready-to-build projects. The projects are expected to reach commercial operations in Q1 2028 and generate about $30M combined annual run-rate EBITDA. A credit facility up to $40M was committed by S2G.
