Endurance Technologies: Italy unit buys Anna Milena and Fondalpress for Euro 12.34 mln
Endurance Technologies Ltd said its Italian unit, Endurance Overseas SpA, has acquired a 100% shareholding in Anna Milena SpA and Fondalpress SpA for Euro 12.34 million.
