Enapter shareholders approve all AGM items, elect new Supervisory Board
At its 22 September 2026 annual general meeting, Enapter said shareholders approved all agenda items by more than 94% of votes. Dr.-Ing. Jens Foerst was newly elected to the Supervisory Board and named chairman.
