EMERGE proposes debenture amendments and share settlement
EMERGE Commerce said it plans to amend terms of its 10% senior unsecured convertible debentures, including lowering the conversion price. If approved, it intends to redeem the remaining principal and settle the amount and accrued interest partly in shares.
