Embracer Group secures SEK 2.0B revolving credit facility
Embracer Group AB obtained a new SEK 2,000M revolving credit facility with a two-year tenor, extendable by two years. The facility consolidates prior loans, lowers the credit margin, replaces canceled facilities after prior spin-offs, and is for general corporate purposes.
