Elridge Energy: Yeo Hock Cheong raises stake to 25.23%
Elridge Energy Holdings Bhd disclosed that substantial shareholder Yeo Hock Cheong acquired 188,500 ordinary shares on Oct. 6, increasing his total holdings to 504,592,800 shares, representing 25.23% of the company's issued share capital.
