Ellington Financial issues $150 million 7.375% notes due 2030
Ellington Financial completed a private offering of $150.0 million additional 7.375% senior unsecured notes due 2030 under its existing indenture. The notes are guaranteed by the parent, pay interest semi-annually, and are callable subject to a make-whole before Sep. 30, 2027.
