Elis converts EUR 376.7 million of bonds into 23,569,556 shares
Elis reported that 3,767 OCEANEs 2029 were converted or exchanged, representing 99.13% of the EUR 380 million outstanding. The conversions will result in 23,569,556 shares being delivered, including 5,465,000 new shares. Remaining bonds will be redeemed for cash.
