Elis Converts 99.13% of 2029 OCEANEs, Issues New Shares
Elis reported that 3,767 of 3,800 2029 OCEANEs (99.13%) were converted, resulting in the delivery of 23.57 million shares, comprising 5.465 million new shares and 18.105 million treasury shares. The remaining 33 bonds will be redeemed in cash on October 13, 2026.
