Elemental Royalty to acquire US$290 million royalty and streaming portfolio
Elemental Royalty Corporation said it entered agreements expected to increase scale and cash-generative capacity, including a US$290 million acquisition of a royalty and streaming portfolio, plus divestment of its generation business and management succession changes.
