Elemental Royalty names Frederick Bell CEO, replaces David Cole
Frederick Bell has replaced David M. Cole as chief executive officer of Elemental Royalty, effective immediately. Cole resigned to take a leadership role at Carlin East, the planned buyer of Elemental's generation business. Bell previously served as president and chief operating officer.
