Electra Therapeutics prices upsized $350M IPO at $15/share
Electra Therapeutics priced an upsized IPO of 23,333,334 shares at $15.00 per share for gross proceeds of about $350.0M. Shares are expected to start trading Sept. 18, 2026 on Nasdaq Global Select Market under “ETRA”; underwriters have a 30-day option for up to 3,500,000 shares.
