Egypt Tightens Wheat Import Requirements to 160W Minimum
Egypt’s state grain buyer Future of Egypt now requires imported wheat to meet a minimum baking-strength rating of 160W, traders said. The change could narrow sourcing options as Black Sea grain-export disruptions increase.
