Egypt FRA extends AGL’s EGYTRANS tender offer deadline to Dec. 21
Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) granted Africa Global Logistics (AGL) an additional 60 working days to submit a mandatory tender offer (MTO) for shares in Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (EGYTRANS), extending the deadline to December 21, per a company disclosure.
