Edible Garden gets preliminary NJEDA tax credit approval
Edible Garden said the New Jersey Economic Development Authority preliminarily approved its application to sell tax credits under the state’s Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer Program. Any transaction would be subject to final allocation, approvals and an approved buyer.
