Eco Atlantic Oil and Gas Gets Final Nod for 60% Namibia Farm-Down to BP
Eco (Atlantic) Oil and Gas Ltd has received final ministerial approval in Namibia to transfer a 60% interest and operatorship in PELs 97, 99 and 100 to BP. The completion of this farm-down is pending remaining closing deliverables.
