East Side Games Adds New Credit Facilities, Repays RBC Debt
East Side Games Group secured a C$3.0 million revolver, up to C$3.5 million in tax-credit term loans with NBC, and a $4.0 million EDC term loan. It repaid RBC debt; about C$3.2 million was drawn at closing, with C$1.0 million cash on hand and approximately C$6.4 million of availability remaining.
