EU court rejects Opera challenge over Microsoft Edge DMA exemption
Europe’s second-highest court rejected Opera’s challenge to the EU antitrust decision exempting Microsoft Edge from DMA rules. The European Commission’s 2024 decision was the basis for the exemption.
