EU continues talks on renewal of Russia sanctions
European Union countries are continuing deliberations on a proposed deal that would lift sanctions on Russia-linked billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman but ensure thousands of other individuals and organisations remain sanctioned, diplomats said.
