EU Commission Says KKR May Have Misled It Over Telecom Italia Deal
The European Commission said KKR might have provided incorrect or misleading information about its acquisition of Telecom Italia’s fixed-line network, valued at up to €22 billion ($24.7 billion). The Commission approved the deal in 2024 and has opened an investigation.
