EQT completes Coller Capital acquisition and agrees McGill and Partners purchase
EQT completed a $3.2bn Coller Capital acquisition to form Coller EQT, and agreed to buy McGill and Partners for $2.0bn. It also will repurchase 680,980 shares under its ongoing buyback program.
