EPF said it increased its Gamuda holding to 1,355,082,022 shares, or 22.4% of voting interest, after buying 3,383,100 shares in open-market trades on Sep. 25; the change was disclosed in a notice dated Sep. 28, received by the issuer on Sep. 30.
