ENRC, Dechert settle lawsuit linked to Serious Fraud Office probe
Britain’s Serious Fraud Office has settled a lawsuit filed by Kazakh mining group ENRC alleging the agency and law firm Dechert caused losses during a high-profile criminal probe. ENRC and Dechert announced the settlement Wednesday.
