EBRD, fellow development banks establish framework for responsible critical minerals value chains
EBRD published a multilateral development bank collaboration framework to support responsible critical minerals-to-manufacturing value chains in developing countries. The framework builds on the joint MDB statement issued April 16, 2026, targeting greater private investment through risk-sharing and long-term financing.
