Dynamic Solution extends convertible bond maturity to April 2027
Dynamic Solution extended the maturity of its KRW 7 billion convertible bond to Oct. 27, 2027, from Oct. 27, 2026. The redemption date was moved to April 27, 2027, from April 27, 2026, and the conversion request end date was extended to March 27, 2027, from September 27, 2026.
