DutaLand Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sea Resorts Development Sdn Bhd, entered into two supplemental agreements with Olympia Industries Berhad to extend the tenure of loan facilities granted to OIB. The announcements were made on Aug. 22, 2023, and Dec. 13, 2024.
