Dubai leads Gulf markets higher; Qatar QE Index slips
Dubai Financial Market General Index rose 0.6%, while Saudi’s Tadawul and Abu Dhabi benchmarks edged up 0.1% each. Qatar’s QE Index fell 0.3%.
