Dream Finders gets consents to amend Beazer 2032 notes
Dream Finders obtained majority holder consents to amend Beazer’s 8.000% 2032 notes so the planned acquisition won’t trigger a Change of Control offer. A $4.0M consent fee (~$10.30 per $1,000) is expected at merger close.
