Dow cuts Q3 guidance; pushes efficiency, deleveraging actions
Dow said it cut Q3 guidance while pursuing global price hikes and accelerating cost savings, divestitures and shutdowns to improve efficiency and deleveraging. The company cited cheaper oil-to-gas feedstock benefits, temporary regional margin pressure from higher feedstock, and mixed end-market demand.
