Dow Jones opens 0.31% lower amid tech drag
The Dow Jones Index is down 164 points, with declines led by Caterpillar (-4.57%), Nvidia (-4.20%) and Cisco Systems (-2.06%). Salesforce (3.20%), McDonalds (1.89%) and Coca-Cola (1.72%) are among the biggest gainers.
