Distil delays annual results and expects share suspension from Oct. 1
The AIM-listed company said it will miss the Sept. 30 deadline for its 2026 accounts while it finalises funding and completes its audit. Trading in its ordinary shares will be suspended from 7.30 a.m. ET on Oct. 1 until the results are published.
