Disney sues FCC to block license review, claims "assault on free speech"
A U.S. judge will hold a hearing on Walt Disney's lawsuit seeking to block the Federal Communications Commission's early review of licenses for the firm's eight ABC stations. Disney claims the FCC is trying to coerce and retaliate against the network for refusing to bow to administration demands.
