DigitalBridge plans voluntary delisting of preferred stock from NYSE
DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DBRG) said it intends to voluntarily withdraw from listing its preferred stock on the NYSE, in connection with its anticipated acquisition by an affiliate of SoftBank Group (9984).
