DigitalBridge Group Announces Change of Control Conversion Rights for Series I Preferred Stock
DigitalBridge Group announced that due to its acquisition by affiliates of SoftBank Group Corp. on September 30, 2026, holders of its 7.15% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock will have conversion rights.
