Diamondback Energy files 8-K on quarterly prices
Diamondback Energy said in an 8-K that third-quarter realized oil prices were $87.30 per barrel unhedged and $85.89 hedged. It also disclosed anticipated derivative losses of $97 million in cash settlements and $85 million in non-cash losses.
