Dell Technologies completes $5.0B senior notes offering
Dell Technologies completed a public offering of $5.0 billion of senior unsecured notes via subsidiaries Dell International and EMC, including $1.25B 5.100% due 2029, $1.25B 5.400% due 2031, $1.5B 5.600% due 2033, and $1.0B 5.900% due 2037.
