Delixy Holdings Limited Class A (DLXY) will implement a 1-for-5 reverse split on Sept 28, 2026 (new CUSIP G2703G111), reducing Class A to ~1,434,800 shares. Separately, it signed a non-binding LOI to acquire or merge for up to 48% of Tarbagatay Munay, pending due diligence and approvals.
