Delivery Hero says Uber International Technologies II Corp. launched a voluntary tender offer for all shares. Holders of €875M 2027 convertible bonds may submit conditional conversion notices by the expected Acceptance Record Date of 5 Nov 2026, at an adjusted conversion price if the event occurs.
