Delhi High Court Rejects SpiceJet’s Gurugram Land Security Plea
The court cited SpiceJet’s failure to honor a commitment to deposit Rs 50 crore as it rejected the airline’s proposal to offer Gurugram property instead of a Rs 144 crore deposit in its dispute with former promoter Kalanithi Maran and KAL Airways.
