Datasonic terminates property acquisition deal
Datasonic Group Berhad's wholly-owned subsidiary, Datasonic Technologies Sdn Bhd, has terminated a sale and purchase agreement for a property acquisition due to the non-fulfilment of a condition precedent related to obtaining a Fire Certificate or BOMBA License.
