Dangote to begin construction of $16 billion East Africa refinery in Kenya
Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote and Kenyan President William Ruto will break ground on Wednesday in Lamu. The refinery is slated for completion in 2030 and regional governments have been offered a combined 30% stake.
