Dangote says Kenya court ruling won’t stop Lamu refinery groundbreaking on Wednesday
Dangote Group said a Malindi Environment and Land Court order on a land rights claim will not halt Wednesday’s groundbreaking for its planned 700,000 bpd Lamu refinery, but may affect some site activities. The order requires the “status quo prevailing” on the land to be maintained until a hearing on Oct 14.
