Dandy said it has obtained QFMA approval to proceed with a public subscription offering of 40% of its share capital at an offer price of QAR 5.00 per share (QAR 5.01 including offering and listing fees). The public subscription period runs from 7 October 2026 to 20 October 2026; after completion of the IPO, the foundin
