Daktronics amends JPMorgan credit pact to allow below-fair-value patent transfers
Daktronics entered Amendment No. 1 to its Credit Agreement with JPMorgan to permit transfers of certain non-material patents at less than 75% of fair market value. The amendment takes effect September 1, 2026.
