Dai-ichi Life to acquire New Zealand insurer Fidelity Life Assurance
Dai-ichi Life Group agreed to acquire New Zealand’s Fidelity Life Assurance for nearly $370 million. Its wholly owned New Zealand unit signed the purchase agreement as part of plans to expand internationally.
