Daesung Celtic Enersys plans a KRW 38 billion rights issue to bolster capital and fund working needs, issuing 947,064 common shares at KRW 40,124 each. KRW 6.00 billion is for working capital and KRW 32.00 billion for other funding needs. Daesung Industrial will participate via debt-to-equity conversion and cash subscr
